These Factory Seconds and Value Grade flooring products are made from the same materials, and to the same specifications as the equivalent First Quality flooring, but were labeled as "seconds" because they failed to meet the manufacturer's standards for first quality material in some way. These floors will have more color and/or grain variation and mineral marks then the first quality material, but more serious defects can be easily compensated for by ordering 10 - 15% extra for your job.

Products noted as "Value Grade" carry a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Manufacturer: Hartco Hardwood Floors by Armstrong - All the same Hartco / Armstrong Hardwoods that are popular at Lowe's, Home Depot, and other fine retailers are available here (most of them are in stock in our warehouse) in Factory Seconds for less than half the price. These products are just as easy to install as their equivalent first quality counterparts, just expect to see more small knots and color/grain variation.
