Laminate flooring is one product by Shaw hardwood. The unique aspect about Shaw laminate flooring is the Touchable Texture feature. Whether you’re looking for beveled or distressed wood or simply want the feeling of wood grain on laminate material, Shaw Touchable Texture laminate gives you these features with the appearance of real domestic or exotic wood. Other features include locking features for glue-free installation and Silent Step, which includes more insulation. Each piece of Shaw laminate flooring is composed of four layers. The bottom is a melamine backing, which supports EnviroCore, a core board made from recycled wood fiber. On top of EnviroCore is the natural hardwood design and melamine is on top for a fully-protected piece of laminate flooring.
