Timberland Collection
This flooring is part of the Timberland Collection. This collection is made up of the same exact products in a major manufacturer's 1st Quality product line, just like you would find in your local flooring store, but the Timberland products are selected out due to natural character markings in the hardwood. These character markings may include knots, mineral streaks, and natural grain variation. Occasional cartons may also include one or more boards with manufacturing defects, although there is very little manufacturer's defects present. We have sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of Timberland flooring products, and have found that by ordering 10 to 15% overage, you will have more than enough flooring to account for manufacturing defects that may be present. This flooring is truely a great deal.
Value Grade
The Value Grade collection is a group of products within the Timberland collection that are given a 5 Year Manufacturer's finish warranty. Having a warranty makes these factory seconds all that much more of a value, making them a smarter choice than ever.
