Our 10 1/4" x 3/4" French Oak Olympus Prefinished Engineered wood floor from the new King's Table Collection is wide plank wood flooring that offers beautiful aesthetics to compliment your home's interior space. Featuring a tongue & groove milling profile, and micro-beveled edges/ends, this European style wood floor is both CARB Phase II certified & Lacey Act compliant. Its thick wear layer and cross-ply core w/ stable birch backer are milled on top quality German equipment to produce a superior product. This floor also boasts a 6mm wear layer, allowing it to be re-sanded/re-finished up to 4-5 times over its lifetime. Actual flooring planks from this collection feature a majority (75%) 87" long lengths, with the balance of boards at 2' to 4'. Installation methods include glue, nail or staple down. Our French Oak Engineered wood floors are manufactured with Live Sawn White Oak to create an "Old World" look while also affording them increased stability and hardness. How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck. What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue.
