How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.

How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.

What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.

Red Oak Flooring $1.79!

Description

This 7" x 3/4" Red Oak #3 Common flooring is for budget purchases and acceptance of a rustic look. Please refer to the picture provided of an installed, sanded and coated #3 common floor. These are good looking floors when finished and last as long as any other ¾” solid floor. #3 common flooring is too good for the mill to discard but you must know that this grade allows for some split and cracked wood, some open knots, broken or missing tongues and some milling defects. This grade will have a majority shorter lengths with some possibly longer. These defects can be dealt with by rejecting some boards and cutting off the ends of others. Also, boards with broken tongues can be installed and the same with split boards. Then the finisher has to fill and sand and fill and sand until the floor is solid and ready to coat. These floors call for an experienced installer/sander finisher. The usable percentage of flooring depends on individual taste and installer know how. There are no returns or refunds with this product.
