Description
This 4" Sapele engineered hardwood flooring is being sold as a Premium Grade. Premium Grade will be the most consistently colored and most free of natural imperfections among all grades available. Although with most exotic species, Sapele premium grade will still exhibit the desired color variations it is known for. Our 5/8" unfinished engineered wood flooring will have a thick 4mm wear layer and is precision milled with a 4 sided tongue and groove for ease of installation.

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders
placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days.
There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive
orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once
an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East
coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking #
will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.How is delivery scheduled?
Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at
least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.How will my order be offloaded
at time of delivery?
The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can
lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be
flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there
for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or
less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand
offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to
have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the
truck.
What if part of my order is missing or damaged?
All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid
damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must
be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please
let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.
