Constructed in 7" wide x 72" long x 5 mm thick planks boasting a 20 mil wear layer, the COREtec Pro Plus XL Enhanced Planks Capetown Maple SPC vinyl floor is an outstanding selection for busy residential homes and high traffic commercial areas alike. This vinyl flooring features enhanced painted bevels that display realistic wood and stone appearances durable enough for installation in high moisture areas. This luxury vinyl flooring features the patented COREtec technology, enabling them to be 100% waterproof and dimensionally stable; resulting in luxury vinyl floors that won't change size due to heat or humidity under normal conditions. Each plank is equipped with an attached cork underlayment to produce a quieter, more comfortable floor underfoot that is resistant to mold and mildew. With long 72" planks, these waterproof SPC floors do an outstanding job opening up interior space!

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck. What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue.
